Your Landus Team

Yes! This is an opportunity that could provide real additional soybean premiums for Landus members this year. The forms must be received electronically, which is why they were sent through a custom link for you.
This opportunity is part of the Canadian Clean Fuel Regulation (CFR) certified soybean program.
Texts were sent to all members who sell soybeans either directly into the Ralston location, or into Landus locations that intercompany transfer into the Ralston soy crush facility.
It is recommended to enter 100% of your total expected soybean production to avoid filling out multiple Harvester Declaration forms. This must be entered as lbs and kg NOT bushels (note: the conversion from lbs to kg is noted on the declaration).
You’ll need to fill out one form for each Landus location where you may deliver soybeans. You will receive text agreements for each location to complete.
Premiums will be distributed via Sustainability Patronage at the end of the fiscal year.
No. This program does not involve a carbon or environmental asset claim, allowing you to participate in other programs requiring a transfer of your carbon or environmental asset claim.
No. Completing the form does not obligate you to sell any bushels to Landus. However, if you complete this form prior to September 15, your soybeans delivered to your Landus locations will be eligible for premiums.
No. Premiums are not guaranteed. Premium availability depends on obtaining sufficient declarations, tracking the chain of custody through the supply chain, and market conditions.
Once we obtain sufficient harvester declarations and secure consistent premiums over time, we will be able to provide a clearer estimate. Premiums could be significant for participating growers.
